Echo Tech Terms of Use

By downloading or using Echo Tech (Echocardiography Tech) (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Hamoon Nozari (“we”, “us”).
1. Educational use only
The App is intended for education and reference. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor to be used in the clinical management of patients. Calculations, renderings, and grading logic are simplified for learning and may differ from current guidelines or your institution’s protocols. Always verify against authoritative sources and rely on qualified professionals.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.
3. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, content, formulas presentation, imagery, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Purchases
If the App offers paid features, purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies. We do not receive or store your payment information.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE APP.
7. Changes
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
