Logsheet Quick Entry Support

Logsheet Quick Entry is a Chrome extension that adds a side panel next to your own Trajecsys logsheet so a study can be entered in a few taps. If something is not working, the answers below cover almost every report so far. Otherwise, email support and include your Chrome version and what you expected to happen.

Getting started

  1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and pin it from the puzzle-piece menu.
  2. Open trajecsys.com in a tab and sign in as you normally would.
  3. The setup page opens on install (or click Settings in the panel footer). Press Load sites & studies, choose your site and major study, then Load skills, levels & supervisors. Everything comes from your own account. Nothing is preconfigured.
  4. Press Cmd+Shift+L (Ctrl+Shift+L on Windows) to open the panel. Per study: skill chip, then level, then finding chips, then Cmd+Return.

Common questions

The panel says it cannot find a Trajecsys tab

Keep any trajecsys.com page open in a tab in the same Chrome window. The extension runs its requests through that tab so they carry your existing session. It does not need to be the active tab.

My entry went to the queue instead of submitting

Trajecsys expired your session. Nothing is lost. A badge appears on the panel, and Retry allsends the queued entries once you sign back in. If you would rather never see this, tick Store my password in Settings and the extension signs you back in silently. That option is off by default and is explained in the privacy policy.

The skill or finding lists are empty or wrong

Open Settings and press the two Load buttons again. The lists are fetched from your program's own configuration on Trajecsys, so if your program changes its lists you reload them the same way.

The weekly audit did not notify me

Check that Chrome is allowed to show notifications in your operating system settings, and that the deadline day and clinic days in Settings are correct. You can also run the audit at any time from the panel.

I need to log several past studies at once

Change the date at the top of the panel, or use Settings → Bulk catch-up and paste one study per line, for example mitral assisted mild MR, trace TR.

How do I remove my data

Settings provides Export history, Clear queued drafts and Reset program setup. Uninstalling the extension deletes everything it stored. The extension keeps no copy anywhere else.

Known limitations

  • Works only with www.trajecsys.com. Other logsheet systems are not supported.
  • Chrome and Chromium-based browsers only. Side panel support requires Chrome 114 or newer.
  • The extension is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trajecsys. If the site changes its pages, an update may be needed. Report breakage by email.
